Claims for return or exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition and must not have been misused by the customer. Return or exchange requests will only be accepted if the parcel was mistakenly shipped with incorrect, damaged, or expired products. Please note that products with opened seals or reduced quantity are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
